Muncie 'Star Press' Takes Home Hoosier State Press Association Awards

The Star Press in Muncie won 18 individual awards and 5 category awards and was named the 2008 General Excellence Award winner in its circulation category by the Hoosier State Press Association on Saturday.

The Star Press, which competes in the second-largest category of newspapers, with daily circulations between 18,001 and 39,999, earned the following awards:

I teach high school kids and this is one of our latest projects. I visited my son's preschool and took photos of all the kids and staff. I am having my students turn the photos into pop art. pretty cool.

A Visit to Grandma's House

My sister & I went to Ft Wayne to visit our Grandma. The grandkids were CRAZY and my sister just had a baby 10 weeks ago!! So the trip was interesting. Nothing like having rowdy kids w/ a 93 yr old!!
